I couldn't be happier

I have just received my new bed in time for Christmas and I couldn't be happier with the service. The ladies in the shop were so helpful when I was choosing my new bed and were very patient when I couldn't decide on the fabric colour! Delivery & assembly was quick and hassle free - delivery guys were also so friendly and made the process so simple. Sorry I didn't get any staff names. Highly recommend All Direct Furniture Falls Road!!

Lovely service and amazing product

Bought bunk beds here a week ago, lovely phone service and then the lady in the shop(can’t remember her name) was very kind to my 3 year old giving her a few chocolates. Then collecting the bunk beds, the men were very helpful and carried everything out to my car. Lovely service and amazing product, mattresses so compfy for the kids. Also bought our mattress and pillows here a few years ago and they are beyond comfortable. If I could give 6 stars I would.

The customer service in this place is fantastic

The customer service in this place is fantastic, after a slight problem with my table and chairs (wrong screws) Paul kept in contact and rectified it the next day and even refunded the price for assembly. Great service and great quality furniture. Would definitely recommend.
